you how thrilled I was with the stamps. Because of the price I expected
'Party' Hmor1039 to be the usual size but it's HUGE! I still have one more
stamp on order from you and can't wait for it to come now. I shall

I write to thank you for going to such efforts to secure the selection of rubber stamps I wanted recently.
I know it was a large order to get in one go, especially as I did not order on line but by e/mail and you then had to sort out my request and make some sense of it all.
I particularly appreciated you keeping me up to date with the progress of my order and also the discounting on the postal charges, all adding up to excellent customer service and care and a very nice gesture.
Another very nice thing you did was noticing I had previously ordered something and you did not want me to duplicate my purchase, I'm sure many other businesses would just have taken the sale regardless
It has been a pleasure to do business with you, I wish you continued success with your venture and I have no doubt I will be back looking for more 'goodies' very soon and I also will try to wait patiently for the 2006 ranges to reach you, when no doubt I will keep you busy once again
